Saturday night BBQ, consisting of:
Mix of at least 8 kinds of meat, 5 pieces per person, French bread, salad, herb butter and various sauces.

Baked potatoes, noodles, rice, pork Satay in sauce, chicken breast in sauce, pork tenderloin in cream sauce, salad, green beans, carrots/drumsticks/spareribs,
different types of salad, herb butter and French bread.
Saturday morning breakfast buffet.
Saturday night BBQ De Luxe, consisting of:
Mix of luxury skewers and steaks (e.g beef-skewer, mixed grill-skewer, marinated chicken breast, rib-eye abd lamb chop). At least 5 pieces of meat
per person, completed with salad, French bread, incl. herb butter and sauces.
Sunday morning breakfast buffet.
